The Azerbaijan Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Ministry of Economic Development has announced acceptance of bids from business entities for financing investment projects on creation of small and medium-size enterprises for fruit processing or their reconstruction on modern standards.

The Fund informs that projects can concern all economic regions (except Baku).

Under Fund's rules, as minimum 40% of investment project cost should be financed by business entity and the remaining part by the Fund.

Azerbaijan Investment Company and its sub-companies can have equity stakes in financing the project.

For project financing businessmen must apply to Fund's authorized credit organizations and after positive decision is made to submit projects to the AESF till 6 pm 20 September 2010.

Unsealing of the bids is on 2 April 2010.

The taken decisions will be published after AESF monitoring and examination at 12 am on 5 October 2010.
