The delegation led by the minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev is on visit to Israel to discuss the prospects of expanding the cooperation between the two countries in various spheres of economy, including agriculture, ecology, water supply, logistics, use of modern irrigation systems, alternative energy sources and etc.
The delegation includes the representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy, "Azersu", the Azerbaijani Investment Company, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation.
The delegation met with Israeli Energy and Water Minister Uzi Landau within the first day of the visit on December 25. The current level of economic relations and prospects of expansion of cooperation between two countries were discussed at the meeting.
Within the framework of the visit the Azerbaijani delegation will also hold meetings and familiarize with the activity of Israeli companies operating in various sectors based on advanced technologies.
