A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC and one of the largest producers of glass products in Turkiye, the "Gürok Group" group of companies, to explore the possibilities of glassware production in Azerbaijan.

The main goal of the project is to establish a glass container production factory in accordance with  international standards, meeting the needs of domestic and international food and beverage manufacturers, while also transitioning from imports to exports to other countries.

"Gürok Group", ranked as the 5th biggest manufacturer of glass products globally, operates across various sectors, including glassware, tiles, industrial equipment production, construction and tourism.
