Within the framework of COP29, the "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC (AIC) has signed several agreements aimed at advancing projects that contribute to the development of the green economy. These agreements, made in partnership with international stakeholders, are designed to foster sustainable development and innovation in Azerbaijan.

AIC and Turkey's "Dias Bilişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş." signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the implementation of a "Deposit Management System" project. This cooperation will focus on the collection of plastic and glass containers and the establishment of a Deposit Management System in Azerbaijan. The goal of the project is to promote recycling and contribute to the circular economy. The introduction of this system is expected to significantly enhance recycling efforts across the country.
