In 2024, "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC joined forces with Georgia’s well-known "Georgian Beer Company" LLC to launch an exciting new project in Gabala. What will be the result? A state-of-the-art beverage production facility with a planned annual capacity of 140 million liters, bringing together modern technology and international standards.
"Georgian Beer Company" LLC, based in Mtskheta, has years of experience producing a wide range of drinks – from local and licensed beers to energy drinks, spring water, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Their know-how is expected to play a key role in the success of this new venture in Azerbaijan.
But this project is about more than just drinks. The new plant will help create hundreds of jobs in the region, boost local economic activity, and open new doors for export. Producing high-quality beverages locally also means less reliance on imports and a stronger position in the market.
This marks a new chapter in economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia – one that supports regional development and strengthens industrial capacity.
Soon, Gabala-made quality beverages will be making their way to shelves both at home and abroad.
