One of the notable initiatives implemented by the "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC (AIC) is the investment partnership with the “Diamed” Group of Companies. Through this collaboration, AIC invested in two modern manufacturing facilities: in 2017, a disposable syringe production plant with an annual capacity of 150 million units; and in 2022, an intravenous infusion solutions production plant with an annual capacity of 20 million liters. Both facilities operate in compliance with internationally recognized standards, including ISO 7886-1, ISO 14644-4, ISO 9001, and EN ISO 13485 certifications. By utilizing advanced production technologies and implementing innovative approaches, these plants aim to supply both domestic and international markets with high-quality medical products that meet global standards, while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their operations.

In addition to industrial success, the Diamed Group of Companies also contributes to social welfare. The launch of these manufacturing facilities has created nearly 100 permanent jobs for the local population, significantly boosting employment in the region.
