BALKHOORMA Company began operations in 2016. In 2022, with the support of AIC, it established one of the region’s largest facilities for drying and processing persimmons. The raw materials are sourced from local persimmon orchards, ensuring both freshness and sustainability.

The plant is fully equipped with modern automated machinery and meets contemporary industry standards. It includes dedicated areas for washing, peeling, cooling, and packaging. Azerbaijan ranks among the top five global producers of persimmons, providing ample fruit reserves to support both domestic sales and export demands.

Through its collaboration with AIC, BALKHOORMA has introduced a range of innovative products, including chocolate-covered persimmons as well as dried kiwi, plums, apples, and strawberries. These additions have helped the company expand into international markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Malaysia - bringing the exotic taste of Azerbaijan to global consumers.

BALKHOORMA LLC is committed to delivering organic, healthy products to customers worldwide, with the goal of expanding its diverse product range into even more countries.
